The term ‘Awakened Woman’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 3837 Angus Drive, Vancouver, BC, V9A AVE 57 V6J 4H8 and doing business as Awakened Woman. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
For the purposes of this Agreement, “Website” refers to the Company’s Websites, which can be accessed at awakenedwoman.online. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of the Website.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT, AND HOW WE USE IT
To simply browse our Website, you are not required to provide any personally-identifiable information. However, we may collect non-personally-identifiable information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request.
When you register for anything on my site, I collect personal information including name, email, and sometimes date of registration. We also collect potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, information about your computer, geographic location, and other standard web log information. We do not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. However, Quest Ventures Inc. will not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Where We Store Your Information

We may send you marketing emails with either your consent or if we believe we have a legitimate interest to contact you based on your contact or question.
We may collect a name and email address if you provide consent to receive emails from us. We will limit the emails you receive to the information you request, such as newsletters, workshops, webinars and marketing emails. If you no longer wish to receive those email updates, you may opt-out of receiving them at any time by following the instructions included in each update or communication.
We may collect billing information, including name, address and credit card information so that we can process payment to deliver our products or services to you under our contractual obligation.
Non-Personal Information and Use of “Cookies”:
Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks.
In addition, we may also track information provided to us by your browser when you view or use the Website, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Website, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you.

HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION
We are the data controllers and are responsible for your data. We use trusted third parties as our data processors for technical and organizational purposes, including for payments and email marketing. We use reasonable efforts to make sure our data processors are GDPR-compliant.
Your Personal Information is stored internally or through a trusted third-party provider performing Services for the Company (i.e., a hosting provider, newsletter provider, or payment processor). We have a no spam policy and provide you with the ability to opt-out of our communications by selecting the unsubscribe link at the footer of all e-mails. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that we are compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 by never sending out misleading information.
YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right to request information about how your Personal Information is being used and what Personal Information is being used. You have the right to request the erasure of your Personal Information and withdraw consent at any time to the processing of your Personal Information.
We retain your Personal Data for the minimum amount of time necessary to provide you with the information and/or services that you requested from us. We may include certain Personal Data for longer periods of time if necessary for legal, contractual or accounting obligations.

Awakened Woman Terms Of Service:
Awakened Woman i.e. "The Company", reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. This includes but is not limited too: Free Offers, Cancellation of magazine subscription or other digital media associated with the Awakened Woman Brand, Cancellation of Community membership, Suspension from affiliate rewards program and associated affiliates within, removal from electronic mailing list, removal from Awakened Woman administrated private groups and other community-based virtual events regardless of media or venue, Alienation from all social media accounts etc for infractions against the Terms of Service.
Infractions for refusal of service include but or not limited to:
(a) Copyright Infringement
(c) Inappropriate Comments and Behavior against any Awakened Woman employee.
(d) Inappropriate Comments and Behavior against any Awakened Woman electronic communication both including email and social media.
(e) Inappropriate Comments or Behavior toward the Awakened Woman Team, Partners, or Board Member.
(f) Slander and Libel
(g) Payment Interruption of any Awakened Woman products and or services.
(h) Non-Compliance of Rules and Regulations
(i) Breaching of any contract previously agreed to between yourself and Awakened Woman.
(j) Misuse of Coupon Codes, Passwords Or any other fraudulent activities.
*Awakened Woman reserves the right to amend these infractions at ANY time without notice or in any relevance to the statues (a-j) above.
We are not responsible for any lost emails sent by Awakened Woman or Quest Ventures Inc. Deadlines missed due to non-receipt of email notifications is not the responsibility of Awakened Woman or Quest Ventures Inc.
Awakened Woman Terms Of Service:
Giveaways are provided by Club Members and Awakened Woman is not responsible for lost or unclaimed goods. Please contact Giveaway administrator for details by opening a support ticket with the subject line: Giveaway Issue.
Awakened Woman accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards only. Please note: Awakened Woman is owned and operated by Quest Ventures, Inc. Your credit card statement will reflect the registered business entity: Quest Ventures, Inc. or Awakened Woman on your billing statement.
We do not offer refunds for any self-study courses, subscriptions and programs.
For business products, events, and services, there are no refunds or cancellations accepted. Once you make a downpayment or enroll in a course, you are obligated to pay for your purchase in its completion. Once an event or program has ended, you may not have access to the membership area.
Payments 1+ day past due will NOT have access to any membership perks. Memberships 7 days past due will be removed entirely and any discounted membership dues will not be renewed or honored. Payment plan interruptions occurring more than twice, will result in collecting remaining balance in full and no further payment plan options will honored.
No refunds will be given for any self-study courses, subscriptions or programs.
